You may find that the chapters are many, but they are really short. As for the things you need to know before reading the novel, they are: There is no romance until after chapter 1650+ The main character is not an actual slave. The events are unexpected and very interesting throughout the novel. When the third nightmare is over and you have not yet become addicted, I advise you to stack the chapters. Never read any spoilers for future events. There is nothing else you need to do. (Sorry if you find my English bad.)

The thing that's really good about this novel is that it is written originally in the English language. You will never see nonsensical dialogue that doesn't translate fluently into English and that you'd generally never hear a person say in English. That's one of my biggest gripes reading oriental novels honestly. Even when the translations are impeccable, you'd have to tear down and reconstruct the entire chapter in order for dialogue in it to sound like something a normal person in English would say. That's not the main reason of course. The main reasons are that this novel has probably the best worldbuilding you can find now. Every 1 or 2 Arcs the author will display worldbuilding skills for a single section of the world which rivals the worlds of many whole novels. Oh, and character interactions and relationships are top class. Personally I burst a vein every 100 or so chapters, which just shows how good and realistic the interactions are. Side characters resist the "MC vortex".

This is just my personal prediction. I don’t think their history will be forgotten for long. (I can also be incorrect and I will be so happily as it would go against cliche.) even if it stays the way it is I feel like G3 is doing an S tier job at writing the dialogue and it making sense flowing around it to where it is enjoyable.

I felt the same way when I got to that part. G3 had handled it beautifully. We are getting much more pov's, great development from the main cast, and there is even speculation that everyone will remember him eventually, so the fears of him losing everything forever aren't 100%. This memory wipe actually allows for a lot more progress to happen on certain fonts that have been largely ignored. I promise, it's worth continuing. Hope you sick with it

Definitely continue reading, G3 has so far done an excellent job handling the story post that event and moving the status quo and world state of the story without being jarring. Also, I feel like the writing quality in general has improved a lot with the 8th volume compared to prior ones (less repetition, greater quantity and quality of dialogues, MANY more POV outside of sunny). Right now we are in the build up phase of the upcoming arc, but I think that the current arc has the potential to be the best in the story (outdoing even the forgotten shore and Antarctica).

To be honest, we all knew this would possibly/likely happen, even those who were caught up. You aren’t really experiencing any spoilers that we didn’t experience through theory crafters. That being said, g3 pulls everything together nicely so I want to assure you the novel doesn’t take a turn for the worse. At least it hasn’t yet

I had the same fear, but the way G3 is going about it is pretty cool. It’s giving room for more character development of the other characters.

Man, I felt the exact same as you. But so far, the 'forgetting' seems to have hinted at people realising he's the one missing from history and so there's a chance they could remember.

Keep going you won't regret it

You made the mistake of reading the spoiler yourself, but I don't blame you in any way. Regarding the loss of motivation, I will answer that this is exactly what Sunny himself felt, the author deftly made him feel the same as the main character who lost everything and if you want to give up, then unlike Sunny you do not have a seed of hope in your soul.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure it's the strongest. The second strongest one is the Cursed Tyrant [Condemnation], which Sunny and Nephis faced for a few moments in godgrave. Maybe Sunny saw a creature that was stronger in the FS when he was a sleeper, but that's very unlikely.

It depends, the strongest being that Sunny has seen is Hope, now we don't know if the bird is an NC and Hope is a Daemon, are the Daemons NC? Is the bird in the path of corruption?
